To book an appointment with us, a debit or credit card is required. This is to secure your appointment. Your card is not charged, nor does it pay for your services. You will pay your stylist directly at the completion of your service.
Your appointments are very important to us, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. As a courtesy, we do text and/or email to confirm the date and time 48 hours prior to your appointment. With that being said, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Less than 24-hour notice and ‘NO-SHOWS’ will result in a charge of 100% of your appointment. Our cancellation policy is STRICTLY enforced and is put in place to ensure that our clients that are on waitlist are informed of availability. If the cancellation is due to extenuating circumstances such as power outage, weather, or anything that requires the salon to be closed we will reschedule and the 100% will not apply. If you reschedule your appointment, the cancellation fee does not apply. To cancel your appointment, call 757-436-0077 or contact your stylist directly.
